Ingredients:
Sodium Bicarbonate, Maris Sal, Sodium Carbonate, Natural Minerals, Agate, Carneol, Citrine, Chrysoprase, Chalcedony, Sapphire, Rock Crystal, Onyx

Applications:

• Alkaline full bath : For an alkaline full bath, you will need three capfuls or three tablespoons of MeineBase. We recommend a bath temperature of 36–38°C and a bath duration of at least 30 minutes. For a children's full bath of approximately 20 liters, we recommend half a capful or one teaspoon of MeineBase.
• Alkaline foot bath:  You'll need half a capful or one teaspoon of MeineBase for a foot bath. We recommend a bath temperature of 38–41°C and a duration of at least 30 minutes.
• Alkaline hand bath:  For a hand bath, add half a cap or a teaspoon of MeineBase to a bowl of water.
• Alkaline steam bath:  To use MeineBase in a steam bath, first sweat for about five minutes. Then apply some MeineBase to your body and gently massage the salt in. Sweat for another ten minutes and then shower. MeineBase can be mixed with honey for a particularly intensive treatment. To do this, mix one heaped tablespoon of MeineBase, one to two tablespoons of runny honey, and a little water into a spreadable paste. After sweating for a few minutes, apply this to your body, let it work for another 10–15 minutes, and then rinse with water after the steam bath.
• Alkaline inhalation:  Pour 1.5–2 liters of boiling water into a bowl and then add half a capful or one teaspoon of MeineBase. Inhale for two to three minutes two to three times a day, as needed.
• Alkaline deodorant:  Mix a pinch of MeineBase with a little water in the palm of your hand. Apply this solution to your soap-washed armpits and let them dry.
• Alkaline dental care:  Dissolve some MeineBase with water in a toothbrush cup and dip your toothbrush in it. Then apply a fluoride-free toothpaste and brush your teeth as usual.
• Massages:  Use a high-quality skin oil and mix it with MeineBase. Apply the skin oil, then pick up the alkaline salt from a plate with the palm of your hand and gently massage it in.

Dosage:
The lid of the packaging serves as both a closure and a practical dosing aid. There are two markings on the top. Filling the lid to the outer mark corresponds to one tablespoon. Filling to the inner mark corresponds to one teaspoon.
