Sovita Indian psyllium husks are a purely natural product with a particularly high fiber content of 88%. Psyllium husks represent a particularly easily digestible form of fiber.
When consuming psyllium husk powder, it is important to ensure adequate fluid intake (preferably water, diluted juice, or unsweetened tea). It is recommended to drink an additional 200 ml - 400 ml of fluid after consumption.
Recommended intake:
Stir 5 g (1 teaspoon) twice daily into 250 ml of water, juice, or tea. First pour the powder into the glass, then add the liquid and stir vigorously. Consume immediately after mixing. Psyllium husks can also be used to thicken dishes.
