Dosage:
Take 2 capsules twice a day with about 200 ml of still water - ideally at least 30 minutes before a meal.
Notes:
The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Please store the product in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children. For green tea extracts containing (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), the daily dose of 800 mg should not be exceeded. This product should not be consumed if other green tea products are consumed on the same day.
