Histahit

Complex of vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

This product contains substances that are related to histamine.

Vitamin C, for example, is needed for the enzyme DAO (diamine oxidase) to function properly. DAO, in turn, is involved in the breakdown of histamine. In addition to vitamin C, the enzyme also requires copper and vitamin B6. Zinc is used to make vitamin B6 usable. Manganese appears to slow histamine release, and folic acid is also linked to histamine levels.

The substance quercetin is said to have a stabilizing effect on immune system cells, especially those that secrete histamine (mast cells).

• Copper contributes to the normal function of the immune system (physical defense)

• Zinc helps protect cells from oxidative stress
• Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy metabolism

Recommended intake:
Take 1 capsule per day with a meal and plenty of water.
