Herbaria Rudi decaffeinated ground coffee (250g) is made from 100% Arabica beans grown in the Peruvian highlands by the Selva Alta smallholder cooperative under controlled organic conditions. These exquisite Arabica beans are roasted using a particularly gentle slow-roasting process. The beans are surrounded by hot air at low temperatures of 180 to 190 degrees Celsius in the roasting drum, gently developing their full aroma and uniform color. At the same time, unpleasant acids are broken down. The master roaster, with his many years of experience, roasts each coffee variety individually and sensitively, precisely to perfection. Herbaria Rudi coffee has almost no acidity and tastes nutty and fresh with light notes of walnut and vanilla. A valuable and enjoyable coffee all along the line! Preparation recommendation:
The taste develops best when prepared as a filter coffee, in a fully automatic machine or in a French press.
