Herbaria Josef ground coffee (250g) is made from 100% Arabica beans grown under controlled organic conditions in the Chiapas highlands of Mexico by small farmers of the Unión La Selva. These wonderful Arabica beans are roasted using a particularly gentle, slow-roasting process. The beans are surrounded by hot air at low temperatures of 180 to 190 degrees Celsius in the roasting drum, gently developing their full aroma and uniform color. At the same time, unpleasant acids are broken down. The master roaster, with his many years of experience, roasts each coffee individually and sensitively, precisely to perfection. Almost no acidity, a full flavor, and a fruity, delicately nutty aroma characterize Herbaria Josef coffee. High-quality and enjoyable coffee all the way through!
