Dimethylsulfoxid (DMSO) is a high‑purity sulphur compound that penetrates skin and cell membranes quickly. The 70 % DMSO spray is combined with menthol to give an intense cooling sensation. It is supplied as a 50 ml aerosol for easy topical application. Apply to clean, intact skin and allow 20–30 minutes for absorption. The formulation contains DMSO, alcohol, water and menthol and is free from prescription requirements.
