Precautions for use and warnings:
If symptoms of illness occur, especially water in the legs, medical advice should be sought. If pain in the heart region that may radiate into the arms, upper abdomen, shoulders or neck area, or if shortness of breath occurs, immediate medical advice is essential. The user should consult a doctor or other healthcare professional if symptoms persist or if side effects other than those listed in the package leaflet occur. Safety during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been adequately studied, therefore H&S® Heart and Circulation Tea should not be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking any medication. H&S® Heart and Circulation Tea should not be used by children and adolescents under 18 years of age as there are insufficient studies.

Directions:
1 tea bag for 1 glass/cup. Pour boiling water over the tea bag and let it steep, covered, for about 10 minutes. Remove the tea bag and gently squeeze. Drink the freshly prepared tea. Adults drink 1 glass/cup of tea 2-3 times daily.
