. Indications:
Stabilizes the course of hereditary hair loss in the tonsure area of the scalp with a diameter of 3-10 cm (male-pattern androgenetic alopecia) in men aged 18-49 years and can thus counteract the progression of this hair loss. The onset and extent of this effect may vary from individual to individual and are unpredictable.
Warning:
Contains propylene glycol and ethanol. Avoid direct contact with open flames, cigarettes, or other sources of fire.

Active ingredients

- 243 mg ethanol 96% (V/V)
- The medicine contains the active ingredient minoxidil and is a medicine for the treatment of male pattern hair loss.
- The drug stabilizes the course of hereditary hair loss in the tonsure area of the scalp with a diameter of 3-10 cm (male-type androgenetic alopecia) in men aged 18-49 years.
- Treatment with this medication can thus counteract the progression of this hair loss. The onset and extent of this effect may vary from person to person and are unpredictable.
- The onset of male-pattern hair loss is characterized by the receding of the hairline at the temples, with the development of a receding hairline. This is followed by progressive thinning of the hairline in the crown (tonsure area).

- Always use this medicine exactly as directed or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The recommended dose is
- Apply 1 ml of minoxidil twice daily (morning and evening) to the affected areas of the scalp. A 1 ml dose requires 10 sprays.
- The daily dose of 2 x 1 ml of solution should not be exceeded, regardless of the size of the affected skin area.

Duration of application
- The onset and extent of hair growth vary from patient to patient. Generally, twice-daily treatment for 2 to 4 months is required before any effect is noticeable.
- There is sufficient experience regarding effectiveness for a period of use of up to 12 months.
- If you do not feel better or if you feel worse after 4 months, consult your doctor.

If you have used more than you should
- The use of this product has shown no evidence of significant absorption of the active ingredient minoxidil into the bloodstream with effects throughout the body. If you follow the instructions for use, an overdose is unlikely.

Greater absorption of minoxidil into the bloodstream can have effects throughout the body, including:
- application in higher dosage than recommended and on larger areas of the body or areas other than the scalp
- patient-specific differences
- unusual sensitivity or impairment of the skin due to inflammation or pathological skin changes of the scalp, such as skin abrasions or psoriasis

Swallowing or applying the medication to damaged or diseased skin can affect the entire body. This may cause the following side effects:
- accelerated heartbeat, lowered blood pressure
- Fluid accumulation and resulting sudden weight gain
- Dizziness, lethargy
- If swallowed or if signs of an overdose occur, consult a doctor. In the event of an overdose with the active ingredient minoxidil, the doctor can initiate symptomatic and supportive treatment.

If you have forgotten the application
- Next time, don't apply twice the amount, but continue treatment with the recommended dose. Making up for a missed application is not advisable and could lead to side effects.

If you stop using the medicine
- If treatment is interrupted, the condition will return to the same as without therapy within 3 to 4 months.
- If you have any further questions on the use of this medicine, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
