A carefully balanced combination of high-quality ingredients to optimally support your hair and skin. Each capsule contains a valuable millet extract, standardized to 3 mg of miliacin, as well as essential nutrients such as copper, selenium, and biotin. Supplemented with black pepper extract. 

One capsule contains
millet extract 300 mg (of which 3 mg miliacin), copper 1 mg, black pepper extract 2.05 mg (of which 2 mg piperine), selenium 50 μg, biotin 150 μg.

Ingredients
: Millet extract; glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegetable capsule shell); copper gluconate; black pepper extract; L-selenomethionine; D-biotin.
