Contains herbal extracts: Fo-ti root, kelp, horsetail, rosemary, nettle oats and hot red pepper; enzymes: protease I, protease II, peptizyme sp., amylase, lactase, invertase, lipase, cellulase, alpha galactosidase and nutrients glucosamine hydrochloride and methylsulfonylmethane (MSM).

Fo-ti (Chinese curling grass) is an herb that acts as a tonic for the blood and nourishes the hair, protecting it from hair loss and premature graying. Kelp (brown algae) is due to its high iodine content, helps with skin diseases and skin aging. Horsetail , also known as horsetail, is an herb that has a regenerative effect due to the silicates it contains.

One of the uses of the extract from the stem and leaves of oats is as a means of helping to build bones (hence the nails) and as a sedative.
