Areas of application:
Digestive complaints such as mild, cramp-like gastrointestinal complaints, feeling of fullness and flatulence, as well as catarrh of the upper respiratory tract.

Warning:
There is insufficient experience with the use of H&S® Fennel in children under 12 years of age. Therefore, the use of H&S® Fennel in children under 12 years of age is not recommended.

Directions:
1 tea bag for 1 glass/cup. Pour boiling water over the tea bag and let it steep, covered, for about 10-15 minutes. Remove the tea bag and gently squeeze. For mild, cramp-like gastrointestinal discomfort and catarrh of the upper respiratory tract, drink the freshly prepared tea warm between meals. Drink 1 glass/cup 2-3 times daily.
