Greenfood Nutrition Psyllium Fiber

GreenFood psyllium fiber induces a feeling of satiety. Upon contact with water, it expands in volume and slows the movement of food through the digestive system. It consists primarily of cellulose and hemicelluloses, polysaccharides that pass through the digestive tract without being broken down by digestive enzymes.

Recommended daily dosage : 2 capsules twice daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.  

Ingredients: Psyllium Plantago ovata  (purified seed husks of the Indian plantain), plant capsule made of hypromellose (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), bulking agent (rice flour), anti-bulking agent (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide).
