Ingredients:
Magnesium bisglycinate (55%), starch, anti-caking agent: cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids and talc, magnesium oxide (8.8%), coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, humectant: glycerin.

Recommended dosage:
Take 5 tablets daily with some liquid.

In case of disturbances of the mineral balance, especially in case of renal insufficiency, mineral supplements should only be used after medical advice.
