Use:
Use ground or flaked naked oats for warm porridge or fresh-grain muesli, as well as for patties or soups. Cooked, it is a nutritious side dish or a base for stews and casseroles.
Recipe suggestion "Fresh Grain Muesli":
- 100 g naked oats
- 150 ml water
- 250 g natural yogurt
- 1 apple
- 1 teaspoon honey
Preparation: Coarsely grind the naked oats, mix with water, and cover. Let it swell for at least 45 minutes, preferably overnight. Stir in the yogurt, coarsely grate the apple, and mix in. Add the honey. If desired, mix in coarsely ground or whole hazelnuts, almonds, or seeds. A spoonful of cream makes the muesli even creamier.
