Colilen IBS Capsules: An Effective Barrier Against Irritable Bowel Syndrome Symptoms.
What helps against abdominal pain in irritable bowel syndrome, and what can you do about bloating? Colilen IBS contributes noticeably to the reduction of symptoms through the patented ActiMucin® complex, which forms a protective film on the intestinal mucosa, thus reducing irritating influences.
Real-world evidence studies show significant relief from abdominal pain, bloating, and irregular bowel movements after just one week.* The gluten-free, biodegradable capsules are suitable for the gentle and long-term treatment of irritable bowel syndrome—well-tolerated, available over the counter, and without a prescription.

Colilen IBS capsules are indicated for the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and are particularly suitable for the treatment of the following conditions:
- Abdominal pain and cramping
- Flatulence and feeling of fullness
- Distension and discomfort in the abdominal cavity
- irregular bowel movements (diarrhea, constipation, or both alternating)
They provide targeted support if you want to gently and naturally relieve irritable bowel symptoms such as abdominal pain, flatulence and diarrhea in your everyday life.
Treating Irritable Bowel Syndrome: Using Colilen IBS for Abdominal Pain and Bloating
To treat irritable bowel syndrome, take two Colilen IBS capsules three times daily, whole, with a glass of water before or between meals. This allows the ActiMucin® complex to optimally coat the intestinal mucosa and reduce irritants.
Continue taking the medication for a period of two to six weeks. If symptoms recur, treatment can be repeated accordingly.
