GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) is produced enzymatically from glutamate. It is an important neurotransmitter in the central nervous system.

Ingredients:

Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegetarian capsule shell)
 

Recommended intake:
