The scent of frankincense is unique. Even today, the sound of its name carries a touch of mysticism. The preciousness of this raw material was already known in ancient times. The Egyptians needed a whole year to bring frankincense from the south of the Arabian Peninsula to Petra. Even in the 21st century, no effort is spared to extract its beneficial effects. We traditionally cultivate the frankincense for our products under strict quality controls on a protected plantation in Eritrea, Africa. We extract the highly sensitive essential oil using a particularly gentle process: It is steam distilled from the frankincense resin. This ensures that it retains its natural purity.

Shea Butter
The shea nut tree grows in the savannah regions of West Africa. It is difficult to propagate and takes 20 years to bloom for the first time. It only reaches its full yield after 50 years. It seems as if the tree gathers strength for fruits of exceptional qualities: Even under tropical conditions, shea butter stays fresh for three years. As the smooth base of our Frankincense Balm, it saves us from artificial preservatives and stabilizers. But it can do even more: Shea butter helps the frankincense penetrate particularly deeply into the skin.
The Frankincense Balm is unique in its composition. Thanks to the combination of proven and carefully coordinated ingredients of natural origin, the balm can be used in a variety of ways for skin, mucous membranes, joints, and muscles. The beneficial effects of Frankincense Balm unfold through physical contact with the precious ingredients as well as through the calming scent of the essential oil. It gently touches the soul. Frankincense balm naturally leads to more balance and harmony on a physical and mental level.

Ingredients:
Ricinus Communis Oil, Aqua, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Lanolin Alcohol, Boswellia Carterii Oil, Butyrospermum Parkii Butter, Cera Alba, Glyceryl Dibehenate, Tribehenin, Glyceryl Behenate, Tocopherol, Glycerin.

Recommended use:
Apply a thin layer to the affected areas several times a day and massage in gently. For external use only!
