Fixomull allows large-area dressings to be secured quickly and easily. The tailor-made cut saves material and costs. Fixomull is coated with a skin-friendly polyacrylate adhesive; the backing is made of high-tensile viscose gauze, permeable to air and water vapor, and radiation-resistant. Fixomull prevents contamination, is easy to use, and is well tolerated even by patients with sensitive skin. Fixomull is rigidly tensile in both the longitudinal and transverse directions and offers good immediate and permanent adhesion. Fixomull consists of a viscose gauze backing coated with a polyacrylate adhesive. Latex-free formulation. Not manufactured with natural rubber latex.
Areas of Use:
For full-surface fixation of wound dressings, especially for large-area wound dressings on less contoured parts of the body.
