Colostrum (colostrum) is a special type of milk, obtained from cows' milk only for a few days after giving birth. Contains, among others: immunoglobulins (protein molecules of the immune system) and the protein lactoferrin.

1. Pour 1 portion (1 flat measuring cup) into a dry container.
2. Add 200 ml of water or other drink and mix.
