What is EvoTears™ and what is it used for? EvoTears™ is an anhydrous, preservative-free eye drop solution. EvoTears™ contains perfluorohexyloctane (EyeSol®) as its sole ingredient. EvoTears™ lubricates the ocular surface, stabilizes the tear film, and relieves the symptoms of dry eyes.
How to use EvoTears™? Unless otherwise recommended by your doctor, apply one drop to the lower eyelid four times daily. Because EvoTears™ is preservative-free, you can use it daily.
Avoid touching the dropper tip after removing the cap.
Tilt your head back slightly and gently pull the lower eyelid away from your eye, looking upward.
Turn the bottle upside down so the dropper tip is facing down. Hold the bottle vertically over your eye. Gently press down on the bottle. Apply one drop to each eye.
When using the product, do not touch the dropper tip with your eyes or eyelashes.
To ensure even distribution of EvoTears™, close your eyes after application.
Replace the cap on the bottle after use. Do not use EvoTears™ if the bottle or tamper-evident seal is damaged ( ).
