Recommended use:
Take 2 ml per day using the Opti-Dose dropper. Add the drops to approximately 200 ml of water, fruit juice, or food. Take with a meal. Shake well before use. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake. Slight crystallization may occur, but this does not affect the quality of the product.
