Active ingredients and mode of action:
The glycerin in DEXYANE MED eyelid cream is the moisturizing component. Hydroxydecin® ( a patented fatty acid naturally found in royal jelly) repairs the damaged skin barrier, provides intensive hydration by increasing the NMF (natural moisturizing factor), and stimulates the synthesis of the skin's own proteins filaggrin, involucrin, and claudin.
Application:
Apply a thin layer directly to open, inflamed eyelid eczema lesions once or twice daily using a clean fingertip, avoiding all contact with the eye. For external use only. Use alone, in combination with, or after the application of topical corticosteroids.
For infants over 3 months, children, and adults.
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. In case of an allergic reaction, consult your doctor. Unless otherwise directed, do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid direct contact with the eyes. Close the tube tightly after use. Do not use if the product is damaged. In case of side effects related to the use of the product, consult a doctor.

Results of a clinical study conducted on 33 adults aged 19-70 years with atopic or mild to moderate eyelid eczema, in which Dexyane MeD was applied to the eyelids twice daily for 22 days. The clinical severity (including itching, burning, tightness, etc.) on the eyelids (0-9), immediately and after 3 days of application, was compared to pre-application values. The itching score decreased significantly immediately, and the burning score improved to D3.
