The high-dose Doppelherz system OMEGA-3 VEGAN LIQUID 2000 provides 2,000 mg of non-animal-based omega-3 fatty acids from high-quality algae oil and linseed oil per 5 ml daily dose, consisting of 992 mg DHA/8 mg EPA and 1,000 mg ALA (alpha-linolenic acid) plus 25 μg of plant-based vitamin D.

The omega-3 fatty acids EPA/DHA in Doppelherz system OMEGA-3 VEGAN LIQUID are extracted from the oil of a special microalgae (Schizochytrium sp.). The alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) comes from high-quality linseed oil. The omega-3 fatty acids EPA/DHA contribute to normal heart function at a daily intake of 250 mg. DHA also contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision at a daily intake of 250 mg. Vitamin D, the multitalent for health, contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, normal muscle function, and the normal function of the immune system.

Recommended intake:
Adults consume 5 ml daily (approximately 1 teaspoon). Children 6 years and older consume 2.5 ml daily. Can be taken pure, in fruit juices, or with dairy products, such as yogurt.
