Areas of application:
Disorders of bile flow with digestive complaints such as flatulence and bloating, loss of appetite.

Precautions for use and warnings:
The widespread use of dandelion root as a medicine or in food has not yet revealed any evidence of risks. However, there are insufficient studies on the use of dandelion during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as in children under 12 years of age. Drinking dandelion tea infusions is therefore not recommended for these individuals.

Directions:
1 tea bag for 1 glass/cup. Pour boiling water over the tea bag and let it steep, covered, for about 10-15 minutes. Remove the tea bag and gently squeeze. Drink the freshly brewed tea half an hour before meals to stimulate the appetite, or after meals.
