Curcumin is one of the best-known and most frequently used herbal supplements. It is the main active ingredient in turmeric, an aromatic spice derived from the root of Curcuma longa. Turmeric originates from Indian cuisine, where it is known as yellow root and is a key ingredient in the famous curry dishes.

Recommended intake:
Take 1 capsule daily with water at mealtimes. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake.

Ingredients:
Curcumin (extract from Curcuma longa), stabilizers (stearic acid, phosphatidylcholine [from soy lecithin]), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetarian capsule), bulking agent (maltodextrin), rice concentrate (Oryza sativa), antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).
