Further information:
Comfrey (Symphytum officinale), also known as common comfrey, bonewort, blackwort, or woundwort, belongs to the borage family (Boraginaceae). The name comfrey originates from Old High German and indicates its use. ###Leg### refers to bones of any kind. ###Well### describes the healing of plant wounds and, more broadly, the fusion of bones. External applications include bruises, sprains, and strains. Preparations made primarily from the root, but also from the herb, are used.

The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children.
