The plant-based ingredient psyllium husk is enhanced by inulin from chicory root, dandelion root, spirulina algae, cloves, and vitamin B5, which gently work on the deposits in your intestines while strengthening your intestinal flora. Inulin supports the development of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli.

In the new mass image, the onion was replaced by inulin.

Colon cleansing according to Robert Gray (procedure):

• The mass swells in the intestine, softens dried toxins and begins to excrete them.
• A few days later, you add the herbal power tablets, which gently rub off the loosened deposits and excrete them with normal stool. The Massebilder Normal also improves the growth conditions for the intestinal lactobacilli.

Inulin is a prebiotic plant carbohydrate (soluble) that builds up bifidobacteria and lactobacilli. This supports and increases the intestinal microflora. Inulin also produces short-chain fatty acids. These short-chain fatty acids improve lipid metabolism (reducing LDL cholesterol levels), improve calcium and magnesium absorption, reduce the growth of pathogenic bacteria, and support the liver's energy production.
