Espresso Maria Bean
from the series Good Bean, Good Coffee
Herbaria Maria Espresso Whole Bean 250g with Arabica beans from the Mexican highlands and Robusta beans from India for a perfect crema. The wonderful Arabica and Robusta beans are roasted using a particularly gentle slow-roasting drum roasting process. The beans are surrounded by hot air at low temperatures of 180 to 190 degrees Celsius in the roasting drum – this gently develops their full aroma and uniform color. At the same time, unpleasant acids are broken down. The master roaster, with his many years of experience, roasts each bean individually and sensitively to perfection. Low acidity, a full-bodied flavor, notes of brown sugar and caramelized nuts, and a perfect crema characterize our Espresso Maria – a valuable and enjoyable espresso all along the line!

Rich in Antioxidants:
Espresso contains antioxidants like chlorogenic acid and melanoidins, which can help protect cells from damage caused by free radicals.
Potential Weight Management Aid:
Caffeine and other compounds in espresso may help boost metabolism and aid in weight loss, especially when combined with a healthy diet and exercise.
Heart Health:
Some studies suggest that espresso may be associated with a lower risk of heart disease and stroke.

Espresso can stimulate digestive processes.
Important Considerations:
Moderation is Key:
Excessive caffeine intake can lead to side effects like anxiety, insomnia, and increased heart rate.
Individual Sensitivity:
People react to caffeine differently, so it's important to be aware of your own tolerance.
Added Ingredients:
Be mindful of added sugars, cream, and other ingredients, as these can negate some of the health benefits of espresso.
