Best HANNES' quality for daily nutritional supplementation.
Preparation:
Pour 1-2 teaspoons of tea into 1 cup of hot water. Let it steep for about 5 minutes. Then stir, strain, or remove the tea filter. The tea should be brewed with water between 70°C and 85°C. This is important to preserve the valuable ingredients and flavor (after 1 minute, boiling water cools to approximately 80°C). To round out the flavor, add some Luo Han Guo tea powder instead of granulated sugar.
