Hydrotac is a foam dressing with a net-like hydrogel layer on the wound side and a water vapor permeable, liquid and germ-tight polyurethane cover film.%%% The absorbent foam quickly absorbs excess wound exudate without drying out the wound.%%% In relatively dry wounds, the hydrogel releases moisture and supports the formation and maintenance of a moist wound environment, which promotes granulation and epithelialization.%%% The wound dressing is soft and supple, has a good cushioning effect and can be removed with little pain.%%% Available in various designs and cuts.

Application:
For the wound treatment of lightly to moderately exuding wounds from the middle of the granulation phase up to complete wound closure, e.g. For example, it can be used for leg ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, and decubitus ulcers. It can also be used for the treatment of burns up to grade 2a, as well as for the treatment of split-skin donor sites after adequate prior hemostasis, even under compression.
