ChromeMate™ provides 200 mcg of chromium per tablet and is a patented, niacin-bound form of this essential trace element. 
Chromium, along with insulin, plays a crucial role in glucose metabolism.

According to the EU Health Claims Regulation, the following statements are permitted for this product:
Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels. 

Ingredients: Filler microcrystalline cellulose, filler silicon dioxide, anti-caking agent fatty acids, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, filler cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, glazing agent cellulose, chromium polynicotinate (ChromeMate®).
