H&S Chamomile Tea Filter Bags 20 x 1.5 g

Indications:
Internal use for cramps and inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. External use for inflammation of the skin and mucous membranes, as well as bacterial skin diseases, including those of the oral cavity and gums, inflammatory diseases and irritations of the respiratory tract (inhalations), and diseases of the anal and genital area (baths, rinses).

Warning:
There is insufficient experience with the use of H&S® Chamomile Flowers in children under 12 years of age. Therefore, the use of H&S® Chamomile Flowers in children under 12 years of age is not recommended.

Directions:
For gastrointestinal disorders, use 2 tea bags for 1 glass/cup. Pour boiling water over the tea bag, cover, and let steep for 5-10 minutes. Remove the tea bag and squeeze gently. Drink 1 glass/cup of freshly prepared tea 3-4 times daily between meals. For gargling, rinsing, inhaling, and compresses, use 2-5 tea bags for 1 glass/cup. Pour boiling water (approx. 100 ml) over the tea bag, cover, and let steep for 5-10 minutes. Remove the tea bag and squeeze gently. Rinse or gargle with the freshly prepared and cooled tea infusion. As a bath additive, use 2 packs of 20 tea bags per 10 liters of water.
