Dietary supplement with high doses of vitamin D3, K2 and magnesium.

Vitamin D and magnesium support the maintenance of normal muscle function and, together with vitamin K, are important for maintaining normal bones. In addition, vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting.

Recommended CEFAVIT D3 K2 Mg 2,000 IU dosage:

Adults 1 capsule daily. Adolescents from 13 years of age 1 capsule every other day. Children from 7 years 1 capsule every third day. Take the capsule with sufficient liquid at a meal.

Composition CEFAVIT D3 K2 Mg 2,000 IU:

Per hard capsule: 50 μg vitamin D = 2,000 IU, 100 μg vitamin K, 330 mg magnesium
1 capsule daily: equivalent to a daily dose of 50 µg vitamin D3 = 2,000 IU (1000% NRV*); Vitamin K 100 µg (133% NRV*); Magnesium 330 mg (88% NRV*).
1 capsule every other day: corresponds to a daily dose of 25 µg vitamin D3 = 1,000 IU (500% NRV*); Vitamin K 50 µg (67% NRV*); Magnesium 165 mg (44% NRV*).
1 capsule every 3 days: corresponds to a daily dose of 17 µg vitamin D3 = 667 IU (333% NRV*); Vitamin K 33 µg (44% NRV*); Magnesium 110 mg (29% NRV*).

Ingredients:
Magnesium oxide, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell), release agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, release agent silicon dioxide, dye iron oxides and iron hydroxides, menaquinone (vitamin K2 as MK-7, all-trans, microencapsulated, vegan), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3, vegetarian).
