• Wash your hands thoroughly before use.
• The ovule is best inserted deep into the vagina in the evening – lying on your back with your legs slightly drawn up.
• When melted, a moisturizing, nourishing and protective film forms on the vaginal skin.
• If necessary, the ovule can be used daily – even permanently, provided it is well tolerated.
• For easier insertion, it can be slightly moistened (e.g. with water).

A panty liner provides additional underwear protection when needed, especially at the beginning of use.
