One capsule of Calcium Pflüger® PUR contains 100 mg of calcium, which is distributed in the following compounds:

• Calcium gluconate: 18.6 mg
• Calcium carbonate: 60.78 mg
• Tri-calcium citrate tetrahydrate: 21.07 mg

Calcium Pflüger® PUR is vegan, gluten- and lactose-free, and GMO-free. It contains no unnecessary additives, flavors, or colors, and no sweeteners. It is also suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women, and children (4 years and older).

Ingredients:

Calcium gluconate, calcium carbonate, tricalcium citrate tetrahydrate, capsule shell hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegetable), bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose

Recommended daily intake:
From age 4, take 3 x 2 capsules with sufficient liquid throughout the day. It is also possible to open the capsules and stir them into a drink.
To ensure proper absorption and tolerability of the calcium, the daily dose should be taken throughout the day. For example, you can take 2 capsules in the morning, 2 capsules at lunch, and 2 capsules in the late afternoon/evening.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Calcium Pflüger® PUR capsules have a shelf life of 3 years from the date of manufacture if unopened.
