Ingredients: Potassium citrate, L-arginine HCL, L-arginine AKG, tri-magnesium dicitrate, capsule material hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (made from vegetable cellulose), grape seed extract, pomegranate extract, nattokinase from non-genetically modified soy, green tea extract, coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone, highly purified, 99%)

Recommended dosage:   Take 1-3 capsules twice daily on an empty stomach or, if you have a sensitive stomach, after a meal with liquid.
