How Compeed® blister plasters work
Compeed® Blister Plasters Extreme with hydrocolloid technology contain an active gel with moisture-absorbing particles. The thick padding of the plaster deflects pressure from the blister and relieves pain immediately.
Compeed® Blister Plasters Extreme have beveled edges and conform perfectly to the skin's surface. This reduces painful friction and allows the wound to heal undisturbed.
They adhere securely for several days. May vary depending on the individual.
How do I use Compeed® blister plasters?
- Clean and dry the skin before application. For optimal adhesion, the skin around the blister must be free of cream and grease residue.
- Remove the lower protective paper without touching the adhesive surface.
- Apply the patch directly to the blister and carefully smooth the edges.
- Only remove the patch when it begins to come off on its own.
- Stretch this slowly along the skin, do not pull it upwards.
