20 sterile compresses for cleaning and caring for eyelids and eyelid margins. For the prevention of infections and inflammation. Especially practical for on the go and when traveling.
Blephaclean are individually wrapped, sterile wet compresses for gently and effectively cleansing the eyelids and eyelid margins. The moisturizing cleansing wipes are enriched with high-quality, nourishing ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and plant extracts, which have an anti-inflammatory effect and improve circulation, as well as the elasticity and firmness of the eyelids. Free from fragrances and preservatives! Also suitable for removing makeup.

Blephaclean®
20 sterile, ready-to-use compresses for gently cleansing the eyelids, eyelid margins, and eyelashes. The compresses are saturated with a micellar* lotion that also contains hyaluronic acid and plant extracts of Iris florentina (sword lily) and Centella asiatica (tiger grass).
Blephaclean® is particularly suitable if you
- have sensitive skin and eyelids,
- Want to remove dust, pollen and secretions/crusts from the eyes (due to allergy or infection),
- want to remove makeup from your eyes,

have inflammation or infection of the eyelids (blepharitis, meibomian gland dysfunction, stye, chalazion). These conditions can cause dry eyes (e.g., itching, grittiness, redness).
Blephaclean® is suitable for cleaning the eyelids before eye surgery. It can also be used after surgery if recommended by the doctor.
Blephaclean® contains no preservatives or fragrances. Rinsing with water is not necessary after use.
Blephaclean® has been tested under ophthalmological supervision and is also suitable for children from 3 months.
* "Containing micelles" describes the type of fluid. Micelles are small areas within a fluid that stand out from their surroundings due to their structure. This allows for easy mechanical cleaning, as fat residues accumulate within the micelle structure.
