BIOBEE Arthro Elast Granules contain royal jelly combined with collagen peptides. This is supported by magnesium and natural vitamin C from acerola cherry. Chondroitin, glucosamine, hyaluronic acid, rosehip, horsetail, and natural silica also complete the package. 

Product ingredients:
1 sachet of 9.55 g consists of collagen hydrolysate (52.4%, bovine), glucosamine sulfate 2KCL (10.5%, from crustaceans), acerola extract (7.3%), magnesium citrate (6.8%), rosehip extract (5.4%), horsetail extract (4.7%), chondroitin sulfate (4.2%), acidifier (citric acid), royal jelly (2.3%), natural lemon flavor, hyaluronic acid sodium (0.5%), stevia

Note:
People taking coumarin anticoagulants (drugs to inhibit blood clotting) should consult their doctor before taking products containing glucosamine. The same applies to pregnant or breastfeeding women, or adolescents. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store the product out of reach of children in a dark, dry place at room temperature. Suitable for diabetics; 0.1 BU.

Recommended intake:
1 sachet (=1 daily serving, 9.55 g) can be stirred into a glass of water, juice, or smoothie of approximately 150 ml. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. One month's supply contains 30 sachets (1 sachet per day).

Arthro Elast can be taken daily for an unlimited period of time, but at least for 3 to 4 months.
