Recommended intake: Once daily, add one slightly heaped scoop (equivalent to 11.6 g) to an empty glass at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after a meal. Fill with 200-250 ml of warm water (approx. 35-40 °C), stir or whisk well, and allow to swell for 1-2 minutes. Then stir well again. The powder can also be stirred into smoothies, fermented dairy products (e.g., yogurt, skyr), or plant-based drinks.
