Biotinum APTEO MED is used to treat biotin deficiency with symptoms such as hair loss, hair and nail growth disorders, and skin inflammation around the eyes, nose, mouth, and ears, after other causes have been ruled out by a doctor. Biotin supports the formation of keratin and the differentiation of epidermal cells, hair, and nails. Composition

The active substance is biotin. Each tablet contains 10 mg of biotin. The other ingredients are: microcrystalline cellulose, type 102, lactose monohydrate, povidone K 30, crospovidone, type B, and magnesium stearate.
Dosage:
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. If you have any questions, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Recommended dose: Adults: 5 mg to 10 mg daily. The usual recommended dose is 5 mg daily (half a tablet) or, in cases of severe symptoms, 10 mg daily (a whole tablet). The duration of treatment depends on the patient's condition and the course of the disease. Symptoms usually subside after approximately 4 weeks of treatment. Children and adolescents: In children and adolescents, this medicine should only be used on the advice of a doctor. The doctor will determine the optimal dosage and duration of treatment. Method of administration: Oral administration. The tablet should be taken with a sufficient amount of water (e.g., 1 glass).
