ANESDERM ^® is a versatile local anesthetic – it numbs the skin and stops pain. During vaccinations or minor procedures, the needle always comes into contact with the skin – this is usually not completely painless. ANESDERM ^® provides relief: It numbs the relevant area of skin before a procedure.


Indication:
With ANESDERM ^®, Pierre Fabre Dermatologie offers a cream to numb the skin before painful procedures. Whether it is a vaccination, blood draw, injection of a local anesthetic on a sensitive part of the body, laser therapy or a minor surgical procedure such as the removal of a mole – ANESDERM ^® with its combination of active ingredients ensures a pain-free and therefore stress-free treatment. The active ingredients, 25 mg/g lidocaine + 25 mg/g prilocaine, cause the skin to become insensitive to pain after a contact time of up to one hour, depending on the part of the body.

Active ingredients and mode of action of the product:
ANESDERM ^® contains the two active ingredients lidocaine and prilocaine. ANESDERM ^® belongs to the group of medicines known as local anesthetics. ANESDERM ^® works by temporarily numbing the skin's surface. It is applied to the skin before certain medical procedures. This inhibits pain on the skin, but sensitivity to pressure and touch may remain.

Application:
The proven active ingredients of ANESDERM ^{® penetrate the skin and, after an exposure time of approximately one hour, render it insensitive to pain by blocking the transmission of pain stimuli to the brain. Vaccinations, blood draws, or the removal of minor skin lesions such as molluscum contagiosum can thus be performed painlessly and, with ANESDERM ® ,} reduce the risk of pain.their terror. ANESDERM ^® can also be applied to the genital mucosa of adults, e.g., for local anesthesia before minor procedures such as the removal of genital warts or the injection of local anesthetics.
