Indications : Local treatment of muscle pain; treatment of pain associated with degenerative joint diseases, rheumatic diseases of the peripheral joints and spine; treatment of inflammatory changes in periarticular tissues (e.g., bursae, tendons, tendon sheaths, ligaments, and joint capsules); treatment of painful shoulder stiffness, low back pain, and post-traumatic changes associated with sports or accidents (e.g., bruises, sprains). Dosage : Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Recommended dose: Unless your doctor has prescribed otherwise, the usual dose is to apply and rub a 4 to 10 cm strip of cream (2 g to 5 g of cream, equivalent to 100 mg to 250 mg of ibuprofen) into the skin 3 to 4 times a day.
