With just one scoop a day, you get 13 high-quality amino acids, supplemented by vitamin B6, vitamin C, zinc, galactose, and D-tagatose for optimal absorption in the body.

Dosage:
Stir 14 g (equivalent to 1 serving of the enclosed measuring spoon) into approximately 300 ml of still water once a day and consume - ideally at least 30 minutes before a meal or after exercise.
