AMBROXOL ratiopharm 75 mg Cough Suppressant Delayed Release Capsules
Expectorant treatment with Ambroxol ratiopharm for acute and chronic diseases of the bronchi and lungs associated with impaired mucus production and transport.

The total dose should not be exceeded without consulting a doctor or pharmacist.
How is it used?
Take the medicine with liquid (e.g. 1 glass of water).
Duration of use?
You should not use the medicine for longer than 4-5 days without medical advice.
Overdose?
An overdose may cause restlessness, vomiting, diarrhea, and a drop in blood pressure. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor immediately.
Forgot to take a dose?
Continue taking the medicine as normal at the next prescribed time (i.e., do not take a double dose).
The general rule is: Pay careful attention to the dosage, especially with infants, small children, and the elderly. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist about possible side effects or precautions.
The dosage prescribed by a doctor may differ from the information in the package leaflet. Since the doctor adjusts it to the individual, you should therefore use the medicine according to their instructions.

If you also drink a lot throughout the day, the expectorant effect of the medicine will be improved.
Patients with impaired liver or kidney function: You may need to reduce the individual or total dose or extend the dosing interval in consultation with your doctor.
