  • This medicine is an expectorant used to loosen mucus in respiratory diseases with thick mucus.
  • The drug is used
    • For the expectorant treatment of acute and chronic diseases of the bronchi and lungs with thick mucus.

How does the active ingredient in the medication work?

The active ingredient loosens stubborn mucus in the airways. The thick mucus becomes thinner and less sticky, reducing its adhesion to the bronchial lining. This reduces congestion and makes coughing easier.
When applied locally, the active ingredient can numb the surface of mucous membranes, thus providing temporary relief from symptoms such as a sore throat.
