Allertec Kids is an antihistamine syrup containing cetirizine dihydrochloride, intended for adults, adolescents, and children 2 years of age and older. Allertec Kids is an antiallergic medicine. It helps control allergic reactions and their symptoms. Indications

:

Relief of symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis (e.g., stuffy nose, runny nose, itchy nose, sneezing, red and itchy eyes); Relief of symptoms of chronic idiopathic urticaria (long-lasting itchy skin blisters).

Dosage:

Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
A 10 ml measuring cup is included in the package, with graduations allowing you to measure 2.5 ml, 5 ml, or 10 ml of syrup.
This medicine can be taken before, during, or after a meal.
Recommended dosage:
Children 2 to 6 years of age: 2.5 mg (2.5 ml of syrup) twice daily.
In children 2 to 6 years of age, Allertec Kids should only be used after an allergy has been diagnosed.
Children 6 to 12 years of age: 5 mg (5 ml of syrup) twice daily.
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: 10 mg (10 ml of syrup) once daily.
