for use:

After brushing your teeth, fill the cap up to the mark (10ml). Rinse for 30 seconds. DO NOT SWALLOW! Do not rinse with water. Shake before use. Note: Only suitable for adults / Suitable for children over 12 years. Total fluoride content 475 ppm. Only effective in conjunction with brushing. The presence of natural tea tree oil may cause cloudiness, but this does not affect the quality.
