Aesculus/Prunus comp., essence. Indications: According to anthroposophical understanding of man and nature. These include: revitalization and ionization of the fluid organism in cases of weakness of the vital organization in the peripheral circulatory system, e.g., bedsores (decubitus), external phlebitis with the development of thrombosis (peripheral thrombophlebitis), diseases associated with varicose veins (complex varicose symptoms), dropsy (edema), and a feeling of heaviness in the legs. Warning: Contains 25% alcohol by volume.

Anthroposophical medicinal product for circulatory disorders in the venous and lymphatic systems

. Indications according to anthroposophical understanding of man and nature. These include: revitalization and ionization of the fluid organism in cases of weakness of the vital organization in the peripheral circulatory system, e.g. bedsores (decubitus), external phlebitis with the development of thrombosis (peripheral thrombophlebitis), diseases associated with varicose veins (complex varicose symptoms), dropsy (edema), and a feeling of heaviness in the legs.

Contraindications:
Do not use in cases of hypersensitivity to horse chestnut, oak bark, or goldenrod.

Precautions for use and warnings:
In case of sudden onset of increased pain, rapidly increasing swelling, or bluish discoloration of the legs, consult a doctor immediately, as these symptoms may be signs of deep vein thrombosis, which require prompt medical intervention. Other non-invasive measures prescribed by a doctor, such as leg wraps, wearing support stockings, or cold water douching, should be strictly observed.

What should you consider during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Like all medications, Aesculus/Prunus comp. Essence should only be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding after consulting a doctor.

Contains 25% alcohol by volume.

Interactions with other medications:
None known.

Dosage and method of administration:
Unless otherwise prescribed:
Compresses: Add 1 tablespoon of tincture to approximately 1/4 liter of lukewarm water and use as compresses.
Washes: Add 1 tablespoon of tincture to 1 liter of water.
Rubbing: Use the undiluted tincture (only for closed skin areas).

Duration of use:
Treatment of an acute illness should be completed after 2 weeks. If no improvement occurs within 2 to 3 days, a doctor should be consulted. The duration of treatment for chronic illnesses requires consultation with a doctor.

Side effects:
Very rarely, hypersensitivity reactions (itching, skin rash) may occur. The medicine should then be discontinued and a doctor should be consulted.

Do not use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the container and outer packaging.
